Terms of Service

By accessing or using Freight Calculator Hub (the “Service”) at freightcalculatorhub.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Freight Calculator Hub provides free, informational calculators and reference content for freight and shipping. No account is required and the tools run in your browser. An optional paid Pro subscription is available for professional features (see Section 4).

2. Estimates only — no warranty

All results are estimates provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Freight class, NMFC codes, and chargeable weight must be verified with your carrier before booking. See our Disclaimer.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades availability, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Paid plans, billing & refunds

The calculators are free. Freight Calculator Hub also offers an optional Pro subscription, billed monthly or annually through Stripe, with extra features such as branded, watermark-free PDF exports and saved shipments. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Every Pro charge comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Pro is not working out, email hi@freightcalculatorhub.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, content, and code are owned by Freight Calculator Hub or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission, except where an embeddable widget is expressly provided for that purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freight Calculator Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date below.
